The chef, Dorino. You can choose your own starters from the buffet then you’ll be served the two main courses comfortably seated at your table and again the dessert is on your own choice from the finger-licking dessert buffet. Of course the recipes change day-by-day, in order to give you a wide choice of the local cuisine and if you are lucky you’ll find the popular "Risotto Valdostana” during your stay. All food in the hotel is included in the price of your stay.
